These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PeoPilot and any other websites, software, dashboards, tools, and related services provided by FastechHR ("FastechHR," "we," "us," or "our"), together the "Services."
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
The Services are business software and information tools that support PEO (professional employer organization) and workers' compensation underwriting, submission, pricing, compliance, and partner-management workflows. Features, availability, and pricing may vary by plan, agreement, or order form, and may change over time.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. FastechHR may suspend access on reasonable belief of credential compromise, abuse, fraud, nonpayment, legal risk, or a violation of these Terms.

Some Services incorporate AI, automated scoring, and decision-support features. Outputs from these features may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and may not reflect current law, regulation, carrier appetite, or underwriting requirements. Outputs are informational and workflow-support tools only — they are not underwriting decisions, legal advice, or a guarantee of coverage, pricing, or eligibility, and they do not replace review by a licensed professional. You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating any output before acting on it.
You retain rights in the data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"), subject to a license you grant FastechHR to host, process, and use that data as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the Services. FastechHR may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Services and does not intentionally re-identify individuals from de-identified data except where required by law or necessary for security or legal compliance.
FastechHR and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, and underlying data models, except for Customer Data and any rights expressly granted to you.
Either party may terminate access to the Services as provided in an applicable order form or agreement, or, absent one, on reasonable written notice. FastechHR may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, or legal or security risk.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in a signed written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastechHR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
FastechHR may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
