1. Introduction

FastechHR ("FastechHR," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information PeoPilot and FastechHR's other services (together, the "Services") collect, how it is used, when it is shared, how long it is retained, what rights you may have, and how AI-enabled processing is handled.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, company, title, and login credentials.
• Submission and underwriting data — the business, payroll, class-code, experience-mod, and coverage information you or your agency submits for quoting and underwriting support.
• Usage data — pages viewed, searches run, tools used, and feature-usage events.
• Device and technical data — IP address, browser, device identifiers, and log/timestamp data.
• Communications — support requests, messages, and feedback you send us.
• Public and third-party data — state class-code, rate, and compensation-compliance information obtained from public records or licensed data sources.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Authenticate accounts and manage organization membership and access.
• Generate classification checks, cost estimates, appetite guidance, and other underwriting-support outputs you request.
• Respond to support requests and send account or policy notices.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. AI-enabled processing

Some Services use automated scoring, classification, and decision-support features to generate underwriting-support outputs. These outputs may process business and account information you submit. FastechHR may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve these features, and does not intentionally re-identify individuals from de-identified data except where required by law or necessary for security or legal compliance. AI outputs are decision-support tools, not underwriting decisions or legal, tax, or insurance advice — see the Terms of Service, Section 5.

5. Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Services (hosting, database, email delivery), with your organization's other authorized members as needed for their role, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain account and submission data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal, or regulatory purposes, including audit and compliance history (e.g. appetite and compensation-rule history maintained for governance purposes). When you delete your account, your profile and membership data are removed; some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business need.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can update your contact details or delete your account at any time from My account. For requests we can't handle self-service, contact FastechHR through your account representative.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including row-level access controls and audit logging — appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date.
